Hi, I'm Cozmo! Paul Mitchell graduate, licensed cosmetologist and certified hair loss practitioner. As a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, I focus on detoxing impurities within your hair follicle to relieve scalp issues and identifying your specific hair needs to help restore hair loss, damage, and improve the overall integrity of your hair. I also specialize in Color, Silk Press, Extensions, and natural styling. I'm excited to give you the Cozmo Colorz Experience...see you soon! FAQS Do you service children? I service high school students. I do ask that your child refrains from slouching and excessive phone usage. As my work cannot be garunteed if I don't have cooperation and proper tension with certain styles. I do not scold children. will simply ask you to come pick your child up if I am having issues with the service. Do you provide hair ? Yes! Add your lengths & texture under ADD ONS. This will automatically place your hair order. If you're wanting hair for a sleek ponytail or quick weave please contact me before booking your appt. Please account for/allow 5 working days when booking to ensure your hair arrives on time for your appointment. How do I arrive with my hair to my appointment? For color appointments please arrive with clean & blow dried hair ready for color application. All other services please be THOROUGHLY detangled ready to be shampooed. Do you offer squeeze in appointments? I do not squeeze in clients I haven't serviced before. The Squeeze in fee is $50 & $100 if outside of business hrs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking Guidlines NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is due upon booking ranging from. $15-$200. The remaining balance is to be paid via card or cash. All card transactions will have a process fee and service tax applied. Please be punctual, after 20 min you’ll be asked to reschedule. If I am running behind I will personally send a courtesy text at minimum an hour before your appointment time. There will be some sort of incentive for your inconvenience. A NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in being banned from booking and you will be charged 50% of the service total. Prices listed are starting prices. Prices vary depending on density, length, and over all hair health. Can I reschedule my appointment? Yes, you can yourself reschedule your initial appointment once. I do not allow multiple reschedules, I will cancel your appointment if you reschedule a second time. As this creates gaps in my schedule.
